Here is just a quick video of our house getting painted. It’s looking good and probably long overdue!

We are under construction! The bulk of the demolition is complete and the framing of the updated facility is underway. Here is a little video of the progress.

Here is an update of a residential master plan we are working on. We generated a number of options – both interior and exterior. Since the work is going to be phased, we need to create a design that can be implemented in pieces. Take a look!

We are working on the modernization of a transit facility in South Dakota. I thought I would share a little bit about the project and will keep you posted on the progress. Thanks for watching!

Some friends of ours asked if we could come up with a concept to finish off their lower level. Its primary purpose would be for overflow entertaining and a place where the kids could hang out. We came up with some ideas and some basic drawings and they took it from there. I wanted to drop in and see how it turned out. Take a look!

I finally got the opportunity to visit and photograph the completed project. You can scroll back through the archives to see this project develop from design through construction.

I was able to take a little time off this summer – nice! And we are fortunate to be very busy as well. Thus the delay in keeping you guys updated on what’s happening around here!

The building of our own screened porch is getting close to completion. We installed this slick screen system that any do-it-your-selfer can handle. Check it out!

Demolition! For those of you who think taking out a wall, putting in a bathroom, etc. is easy, cheap and will take a weekend… Check out the actual amount of demolition work needed. When they tore up the old wood floor, there were literally thousands of staples that need to be pulled from the subfloor. I felt so bad for the guy doing it! But it is nice to see progress happening!
