Doing a final walk-through of the Homestead Park Entrance Station to make sure the Owner can officially move in! And we look at another upcoming park project!

Here is a quick project video update! The design process continues with refinements and various studies. I think we are getting close to a plan layout everyone likes. Now we want to begin the exterior discussions.

Today I visited a project that is wrapping up. This is a park entrance station and I needed to review a pay application from the general contractor. With the weather warming up, the hope is to be completely finished in the next month or so.

New project! The Owners have a young family and are looking to build a smaller, eco-friendly home with a modern edge. We are just beginning the process and I hope you all follow along!

Final interior walk-through! There is still work to be done on the exterior but it was nice to see the Client getting ready to move in. Fun project for some fun people. Take a look!

Made a site visit to check out the progress! A bit muddy as the weather warms up but I’ll take the sunny days!

Wanted to stop in and see the progress on the mid-century modern portion of this new home. Looks great!

We are under construction! Foundations are in place and the main level framing is fairly complete. We have had a bit of snow that caused a short delay but things are looking good. Take a peek!
