I love the diversity of projects we are able to work on. We were asked to design a skyway bridge and associated stair/elevator tower. The skyway would connect a well known building with a parking ramp. One of the challenges was that the ramp will eventually be replaced and the adjacent open block will be developed… all may want to connect to the elevator tower. We had to try to design some flexibility within the stair tower that could work with different floor levels engaging it. Take a look at the video to see the design progress!
